Although a car may seem like the logical means of transport for a car festival, it is not necessarily the best one. As a visitor, you may encounter parking difficulties as well as long waits in traffic jams during the festival.

There will be no road closures in the town. Visitor parking will be provided on the road leading to Křenovice, behind the Billa shopping centre. Parking in the vicinity of the château, especially in the historic avenues, is not permitted in order to protect the trees. The road alongside the stadium is reserved for the arrival of historic cars.

You can get to Slavkov u Brna by line 106 from the Zvonařka bus station. The bus station in Slavkovkov u Brna is few hundered meters from the castle. 

Slavkov u Brna is easily accessible by train from Brno, or from the opposite direction via Kyjov and Veselí nad Moravou on Railway Line 341 (the Vlára Railway). Historic buses operating a shuttle service will transport visitors from the railway station directly to the château grounds. The timetable can be found HERE.
